Lear names Jared Fedele CFO effective March 1, 2027
LEA•Lear appointed Jared Fedele senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective March 1, 2027, succeeding Jason Cardew. Cardew will serve as an executive advisor through December 31, 2027, then retire after 34 years with the company.
1. CFO transition
Fedele, currently vice president of finance for Seating and E-Systems, will become Lear’s senior vice president and CFO on March 1, 2027. His 23-year career includes leading global financial planning and analysis. Cardew will transition to an executive advisor role from March 1 through December 31, 2027, and retire that day after 34 years of service.
