Legence names ex-Lineage CFO Robert Crisci to board

Legence Corp. expanded its board to seven directors on Aug. 18, 2026, naming Robert Crisci as a Class II director.
Crisci joined the audit committee, as well as the nomination and corporate governance committee.
Crisci's background
He was CFO of Lineage from 2023 until retiring in November 2025, remaining in an advisory role.
He previously served as CFO of Roper Technologies from 2017 to January 2023.
