Legend Biotech seeks shareholder approval to amend its 2020 restricted shares plan, adding 19,100,000 ordinary shares to the issuance pool.
The total reserve would rise to 45,100,000 ordinary shares from 26,000,000, effective Sept. 24, 2026 if adopted.
