Leidos Accelerates $11.5B DoDNet Migration for Eight Agencies’ 100,000 Users
Leidos will accelerate migration of eight more defense agencies, transitioning 100,000+ users to the DoDNet environment over 18 months under the $11.5B, 10-year Defense Enclave Services program. This phase follows five agency migrations completed in 2025 and advances Leidos’ enterprise IT consolidation and Zero Trust goals.
1. Program Expansion and Timeline
Leidos is launching the next phase of DoDNet transformation by migrating eight additional Defense Agencies and Field Activities over the next 18 months. This effort builds on five successful agency transitions completed this year to accelerate user onboarding into a unified network.
2. Scale and Value
The upcoming migration will onboard over 100,000 users—including major entities like the Defense Finance and Accounting Service and Missile Defense Agency—under the $11.5 billion, 10-year Defense Enclave Services contract. This phase marks a significant expansion of the program’s scope and revenue potential.
3. Strategic Objectives
This accelerated migration advances the Defense Information Systems Agency’s goals for enterprise IT consolidation and Zero Trust compliance while enhancing mission readiness. It aligns with Leidos’ NorthStar 2030 digital modernization strategy and underscores its leadership in large-scale government network transformations.
