Lennar climbs after Berkshire Hathaway raises stake
LEN•Berkshire Hathaway acquired about 2.4 million Lennar Class A shares and 15,028 Class B shares between October 1 and 2, an SEC filing shows. Lennar shares rose 2.4%.

An SEC filing shows Berkshire Hathaway and its subsidiaries held more than 28.4 million Lennar Class A shares and more than 568,000 Class B shares as of October 5. Berkshire held an 8.7% stake as of September 30, making it Lennar’s biggest shareholder, according to LSEG data; Lennar shares were down close to 26% year to date.
