Lennar launches two home collections in Valencia

Lennar launched two single-family home collections, Sutton and Hollis, within the Valencia master-planned community in Santa Clarita Valley, California.

Grand opening set for Aug. 8, 2026; homes start in the low $1,000,000s.
Sutton offers 2,663-2,907 square feet with four bedrooms; Hollis offers 3,154-3,555 square feet with four to five bedrooms.
The project sits in a new enclave near a recreation center under construction and includes access to trails, amenities and major freeways.
