Lens Technology subsidiary signs memorandum with Intel
Lens Technology said its wholly owned subsidiary signed a memorandum of understanding with Intel.
The company said TGV advanced packaging is a key area of discussion under the memorandum.
The two sides will discuss and evaluate potential collaborations related to glass substrate through-hole forming, laser processing and through-hole metallization.
