LENZ Therapeutics granted Arrotex Pharmaceuticals exclusive rights to register and commercialize VIZZ in Australia and New Zealand. Under the deal, LENZ receives an upfront licensing payment plus a significant share of gross margin profits from all product sales in the region.

VIZZ (aceclidine ophthalmic solution) 1.44% is the first FDA-approved aceclidine-based eye drop for presbyopia, delivering up to 10 hours of near vision improvement with a once-daily dose. It has been commercially available in the United States since October 2025.
