Leonardo DRS Q2 revenue beats on higher tactical radars demand

Leonardo DRS raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $525 million-$540 million from $515 million-$530 million.
The company also lifted its 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $1.34-$1.39 from $1.26-$1.30. It maintained 2026 revenue guidance at $3.9 billion-$3.975 billion.
Q2 revenue and profit beat estimates
Leonardo DRS said second-quarter revenue rose 10% year over year, beating analyst expectations, as adjusted earnings per share increased 52% and also beat estimates.
The company reported Q2 revenue of $913 million versus consensus of $902.14 million. Adjusted EPS came in at $0.35 versus expectations of $0.27. Adjusted net income was $94 million, above the $72.10 million estimate, while adjusted EBITDA reached $128 million versus the $112.57 million consensus.
