Lesaka amends executive chairman agreement
Lesaka Technologies amended Executive Chairman Ali Mazanderani’s employment agreement, extending the term to June 30, 2029.
Annual base salary is set at USD 600,000, with the commitment fixed at 50% full-time equivalent.
South Africa contract terms and travel costs
A new South African employment contract will be effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, and may be extended to June 30, 2029.
The South Africa base salary is set at ZAR 5 million, and business travel costs are covered up to ZAR 4 million per financial year.
