Lesaka raises CFO Dan Smith annual base salary to ZAR 7,222,500

Cash incentive awards were set for fiscal 2027 for Steven Heilbron, Naeem Kola, Lincoln Mali, and Dan Smith.
Target payout range was set at 20% to 120% of base salary, with maximums of USD 480,000 for Heilbron and Kola.
Maximums were also set at ZAR 9.6 million for Mali and ZAR 8,667,000 for Smith, subject to committee discretion.

Lesaka Technologies lifted Group CFO Dan Smith’s annual base salary to ZAR 7,222,500, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
The package implies USD 447,053 at an exchange rate of USD 1 to ZAR 16.16.
