Levi Strauss reported director Robert Eckert retired from the board on Aug. 14, 2026, on reaching mandatory retirement age.
Board committee leadership shifted as Joshua Prime was appointed to the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Citizenship Committee and named chair.
Board size was reduced to 10 directors following Eckert’s departure.
