Levi Strauss issued its 2025 Sustainability Goals & Metrics Report, reaffirming a net-zero value-chain target by 2050 from a 2022 baseline.
- Total emissions in its net-zero boundary were 2.23 million tCO2e in 2025, with scope 3 at 2.22 million tCO2e, or 99.6%.
- Supply-chain emissions from purchased goods and services (tops and bottoms) fell 10% versus 2022 to 1,752,123 tCO2e, versus a 42% cut target by 2030.
- A concluded 2025 operational target missed a 90% scope 1 and 2 reduction, reaching 84% versus 2016, while renewable electricity hit 100%.
- Water and chemicals targets reset to 2030; 74% of in-scope direct-discharge facilities met ZDHC Foundational wastewater levels, 39% met Progressive.
