LG Display withdrew a planned transfer of its subsidiary’s Auto Display LCD module business after failing to reach final terms.
The deal with Top Run Total Solution (Nanjing) was terminated, cancelling a previously disclosed consideration of KRW 104.11 billion.
The transaction had been slated to close on Sept. 30, 2026, with the business intended to be outsourced to improve efficiency.
