- LG Corp. signed an MOU with Nvidia to build a next-generation bipedal humanoid robot using Nvidia Isaac GR00T.
- The robot targets a public unveiling in Q1 next year, using Jetson Thor for onboard compute and Nvidia Halos for robotics safety.
- The partnership also covers AI factory reference sites using Nvidia DSX and Vera Rubin, with a reference site planned in H1 2027.
- The collaboration extends to mobility, developing an AI-defined vehicle platform built on Nvidia DRIVE Hyperion.
- The companies have set up a joint task force to drive R&D, site validation, and commercialization.
