Capital changes, reorganization and BVI migration approved
- An authorized share capital increase was adopted, lifting it to USD 7 million with 3,150,000,000 Class A shares and 350,000,000 Class B shares.
- A share capital reorganization was adopted, cutting par value to USD 0.00001 with a 200-for-1 subdivision of authorized but unissued shares.
- A cancellation step was adopted, resetting authorized capital to USD 35,000 while keeping 3,150,000,000 Class A shares and 350,000,000 Class B shares.
- Shareholders adopted a new memorandum, backed a planned migration to the British Virgin Islands, and authorized filings and actions to execute it.
