Liberty Broadband shares face Nasdaq delisting after Charter merger closes
Liberty Broadband seeks delisting after Charter merger
Liberty Broadband requested that Nasdaq delist LBRDA, LBRDK and LBRDP following its merger with Charter, triggering an Exchange Act deregistration process.
Nasdaq was asked to file Form 25 to remove the shares from listing and registration under Section 12(b) of the Exchange Act.
The surviving company plans to file Form 15 to terminate Section 12(g) registration, suspending reporting duties under Sections 13 and 15(d).
