Joint venture for West Texas data center campus

July 22 (Reuters) - Liberty Energy Inc LBRT.N:

Liberty Energy and PowerBridge formed a strategic joint venture to support powered data center campus development.
The JV will support the planned 2 GW data center campus in West Texas.
First power delivery for the Alpha Digital Campus is anticipated in Q4 2027.
The initial phase of the Alpha Digital Campus is expected to include over 300 MW of generation capacity.
