Liberty Energy Q2 FY26 net income falls 39% to $43 million; revenue rises 14% to $1.2 billion

The company said it paid $15 million in dividends and declared a $0.09 per-share dividend payable Sept. 18.
Liberty Energy also announced a PowerBridge joint venture targeting an initial 300+ MW powered data center deployment in late 2027. It also formed Liberty Wholesale Commodities for participation in ERCOT.
Q2 revenue rises while net income and adjusted EBITDA decline
Liberty Energy posted second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.2 billion, up 14% year over year.
Net income fell 39% to $43 million, or $0.26 per diluted share.
Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, declined 16% to $151 million.
