Liberty Energy signs USD 493.2 million power generation equipment supply contract with NES-WES

Liberty Energy signed a supply contract on Feb. 13, 2026 with NES-WES for power generation equipment for prospective data center projects.
The purchase price totals about $493.2 million, including tariff and transportation amounts subject to true-up at the final payment milestone.
Amendment No. 1, signed May 27, 2026, revised certain milestone invoice and payment events.
Delivery, performance testing, and takeover milestones are scheduled for 2028 and 2029.
