Liberty Global Tech Ventures joined DFJ Growth, Northzone, NVIDIA, Samsung and Accenture in an over $150 million funding round for AI-driven security firm XBOW, which now serves more than 100 enterprise customers worldwide. This marks Liberty Global’s third AI investment following stakes in Elevenlabs and Legora.

Liberty Global Tech Ventures participated alongside DFJ Growth, Northzone, NVIDIA, Samsung and Accenture in an over $150 million financing for XBOW, boosting the firm’s resources to expand its autonomous offensive security platform. The round also features institutional backers such as Sequoia Capital, NFDG and Altimeter.
2. XBOW’s Technology and Customer Base
Founded in 2024, XBOW leverages AI to automate offensive security testing at machine speed, enabling proactive identification and remediation of software vulnerabilities. The platform already supports over 100 enterprise customers globally, cementing XBOW’s position in the AI-driven cybersecurity market.
3. Alignment with Liberty Global Strategy
This marks Liberty Global’s third AI-focused investment after Elevenlabs and Legora, underscoring its commitment to scalable technology businesses within its $3.4 billion Liberty Growth portfolio.
