Egg Power acquires rights to Pilmoor Solar Farm project
Liberty Global’s egg Power bought project rights to the 72 MW Pilmoor Solar Farm in Yorkshire from PS Renewables.
The construction-ready project targets operations in Q4 2027, and a 20-year offtake agreement is in place.
The portfolio rises to 304 MW of renewable projects; Pilmoor is expected to power 21,000 homes and cut 9,000 tonnes of CO2 annually.
The build phase is expected to support about 150 jobs, and economic output is estimated at GBP 1.7 million.
