LTH•LTH•Life Time opened a 114,000-square-foot North Shore club in Northbrook, Illinois, its 16th Chicago-area location featuring 28 indoor and outdoor pickleball courts with stadium seating, pools and recovery suites. The club expands connectivity across five existing North Chicago venues and precedes a Naperville opening slated for early 2027.
The North Shore club spans 114,000 square feet on 17 acres in Northbrook, Illinois, marking Life Time’s 16th Chicago-area location. It offers 28 pickleball courts—18 indoors and 10 outdoors—with stadium seating for tournaments, plus multiple pools, a future coed hydrotherapy suite and LT Recovery recovery facilities.
One membership grants access to five other Life Time clubs across the North Chicago market, including Northbrook, Old Orchard, Evanston, Vernon Hills and Lake Zurich. This connected ecosystem allows members to train, play and recover seamlessly across the region’s athletic country clubs.
Life Time’s Chicago expansion continues with a new club under construction in Naperville, scheduled to open in early 2027. This ongoing growth underscores the company’s strategy to deepen its Midwest footprint and capture rising demand for health and wellness destinations.
Beyond pickleball, the North Shore club features signature group training formats, dedicated barre and yoga studios, an expansive free-weight and machine workout floor, a LifeCafe, bar, Club Work Lounge and Kids Academy from three months to 11 years old. A pro shop will offer official Tour-level pickleball gear and LT Pro 48 balls.
