Total Q1 revenue climbed 38% year-over-year to $143.1 million, led by subscription revenue of $108.2 million, up 32%. Advertising revenue reached $19.7 million, up 329%, while Annualized Monthly Revenue grew 32% to $517.9 million and adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to $17.1 million.

3. Cash Position and Outlook

Life360 ended the quarter with $459.0 million in cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and short-term investments, up from $170.4 million a year ago, and generated $17.2 million in operating cash flow, a 42% increase.
