Lifecore Biomedical unit Lifecore Biomedical LLC extends Alcon manufacturing pact term to 2034
LFCR•Lifecore Biomedical LLC amended its manufacturing agreement with Alcon, extending the term from Dec. 31, 2031, to Dec. 31, 2034, with automatic 24-month renewals unless either party gives notice.
1. Agreement extended
The amendment, effective Nov. 1, 2026, sets Alcon minimum purchase commitments through 2034 alongside Lifecore’s supply obligations. Lifecore also agreed to restrict new deals to develop or manufacture certain products that directly compete with specified Alcon products.
