LifeMD Q2 FY26 adjusted EBITDA loss widens to $3.5 million; revenue falls to $47.3 million

- LifeMD posted Q2 revenue of $47.3 million, down 3.5% year-over-year; GAAP net loss attributable to common stockholders widened to $7.9 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA swung to a loss of about $3.5 million from a profit of about $3.9 million a year earlier; gross margin rose 3 percentage points to about 89%.
- Active subscribers climbed 20% year-over-year to about 356,000; weight management subscribers rose to about 108,000 from just under 100,000 at Q1 end.
- About 95% of new weight management patients started on branded GLP-1 therapies, as the company neared the end of its shift away from compounded GLP-1s.
- LifeMD cut full-year guidance to revenue of $205.5 million-$212.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of negative $6 million to breakeven; Q3 revenue seen at $48 million-$51 million.
