Lightspeed has launched an expanded partnership with Klaviyo, embedding Klaviyo’s autonomous B2C CRM into Lightspeed Retail for merchants in over 100 countries. The rollout brings built-in email, SMS and omnichannel marketing tools to the platform without requiring third-party connectors.
