Lightwave Logic appoints Edward H. Kennedy to board of directors
LWLG•Lightwave Logic appointed Edward H. Kennedy to its board effective Sept. 23, 2026, expanding it to seven directors.
1. Board appointment
Kennedy is principal of Kenko Partners. He previously led CENX until its 2018 sale to Ericsson and ran Tollgrade Communications through a take-private deal with Golden Gate Capital. He also sits on Extreme Networks’ board.
