LLY•Eli Lilly said its Phase 3b ADtouch trial found EBGLYSS beat placebo on hand and foot atopic dermatitis skin clearance at Week 16. Lilly submitted the findings to the FDA to support a potential label update.
1. Trial results
Lilly said EBGLYSS met key study goals in moderate-to-severe hand and foot atopic dermatitis, with rapid skin clearing and meaningful relief in itch and pain versus placebo. Patient-reported satisfaction also improved. Late-breaking data are scheduled for presentation at the EADV Congress in Vienna, running Sept. 30–Oct. 3.
