Limoneira agreed to sell the 724-acre Windfall Farms vineyard in Paso Robles, California for $15 million in cash.
The transaction followed a public auction; bidding ran Aug. 5–15, 2026.
Closing is expected Sept. 14, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Proceeds to be used for debt reduction and reinvestment
Proceeds are earmarked for debt reduction, avocado acreage expansion, and capital redeployment into core agribusiness and real estate operations.
