Lincoln Electric posted Q2 2026 net income of $158.52 million, up 10.5% year over year; diluted EPS rose to $2.88.
Net sales climbed 12% to $1.22 billion, including 10.1% organic growth.
Operating income margin widened to 18.1% from 17.6% a year earlier; operating income rose 14.8% to $220.64 million.
Cash flow and management commentary
Operating cash flow jumped to $254 million from $144 million; cash conversion improved to 138% from 81%.
CEO Steven B. Hedlund cited improved demand and capital spending in the Americas and Asia Pacific, highlighting progress under the RISE Strategy.
