Lincoln Property, partners lease 165,000 sq ft at Austin’s Republic, lifting occupancy to 73%

Lincoln Property Company reported The Republic office tower in downtown Austin reached 73% occupancy following two new leases.
- Jackson Walker leased more than 110,000 square feet.
- Virtu leased about 55,000 square feet.
- Together, the leases totaled nearly 165,000 square feet.
Leasing momentum since marketing began
Leasing since marketing began totaled nearly 600,000 square feet. Six office tenants have already moved into the building.
