- Linde posted Q2 2026 net income of USD 1.93 billion, diluted EPS USD 4.15, up 9% and 11% from a year earlier.
- Sales rose 9% year over year to USD 9.29 billion; underlying sales increased 4% on 2% price attainment and 2% volumes.
- Operating profit climbed to USD 2.55 billion; operating margin was 27.5%, while adjusted operating profit rose 7% to USD 2.74 billion.
- Operating cash flow increased 3% to USD 2.27 billion; free cash flow was USD 833 million after USD 1.44 billion of capital expenditures.
- Raised full-year 2026 adjusted EPS view to USD 17.70-17.90; project backlog USD 11 billion, including contractual sale of gas backlog USD 8.1 billion.
