Linden Capital Partners and Audax Private Equity agreed to sell StatLab Medical Products to Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company.
StatLab, founded in 1976, is headquartered in McKinney, Texas, supplying pre-analytical products across the anatomic pathology workflow in the US and Europe.
Under Linden and Audax ownership since 2021, StatLab expanded internationally, increased in-house manufacturing, and completed nine acquisitions.
The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
