Lindsay agrees to acquire Brazil’s Setorial Irrigação
LNN•Lindsay agreed to acquire Brazilian hose reel irrigation equipment maker Setorial Irrigação, expanding its irrigation portfolio in Brazil. Closing is expected in the coming months, subject to customary conditions.
1. Acquisition details
Setorial’s locally manufactured hose reel systems complement center pivot irrigation and serve smaller or irregular fields. The business will retain its brand, team and Limeira manufacturing facility, with founder and CEO Diomedes Pellegrini Tamani remaining in charge.
