Lindsay Launches Sub-30-Second Road Runner Attenuator and Water-Fillable AlphaGuard
Lindsay unveiled the Road Runner truck-mounted attenuator engineered to MASH TL-3 standards with heavy-gauge aluminum construction, under-30-second deploy/stow, vertical storage and an open-grid design for enhanced wind resistance and fuel efficiency. It also launched the AlphaGuard channelizing device featuring 32-inch UV-resistant MDPE units fillable with water ballast, integrated drain plugs, interlocking modules and forklift-ready design at ATSSA 2026.
1. Road Runner Truck-Mounted Attenuator
Lindsay’s Road Runner TMA meets MASH TL-3 crash standards with heavy-gauge aluminum rails that resist side impacts from guardrails and concrete barriers, minimizing repair costs and downtime. It deploys and stows in under 30 seconds via a single-hinge hydraulic system, stores vertically to free truck bed space, and features an open-grid frame to reduce wind resistance and improve fuel efficiency.
2. AlphaGuard Channelizing Device
The AlphaGuard channelizer uses impact- and UV-resistant MDPE shells that can be filled with water ballast through integrated drain plugs, offering 32-inch tall modules that interlock and are forklift-ready for rapid deployment. Lightweight when empty, it supports diverse applications from construction zones to pedestrian walkways, enhancing site safety while streamlining logistics.
3. Debut at ATSSA 2026
Both Road Runner and AlphaGuard will premiere at ATSSA 2026 in Houston, where infrastructure managers can test product performance and place initial orders. This showcase underscores Lindsay’s strategy to accelerate adoption of advanced safety solutions in work zones and public spaces.
