Linkhome Adds $28M Mortgage Capacity, Launches AI GPU Financing Platform
LHAI•Linkhome completed its acquisition of Mortgage One Group, adding $28 million in warehouse lending capacity, 39 employees and licenses in 18 states with plans to extend nationwide. It simultaneously launched an AI Infrastructure Financing business to fund GPU servers and will build a decentralized GPU marketplace for on-demand compute access.
1. Acquisition of Mortgage One Group
Linkhome completed the purchase of 100% equity interests in Mortgage One Group, adding about $28 million in warehouse lending capacity, 39 employees and mortgage licenses across 18 states. This deal provides a platform for nationwide expansion with the long-term goal of covering all 50 states.
2. Launch of AI Infrastructure Financing
Leveraging Mortgage One’s financing infrastructure, Linkhome introduced an AI Infrastructure Financing segment offering capital solutions for GPU servers and other AI computing equipment. The unit aims to lower barriers to GPU ownership for enterprises and innovators through tailored financing products.
3. Decentralized GPU Marketplace Development
Linkhome plans to build a decentralized GPU marketplace enabling owners to monetize idle computing resources and granting AI developers, startups, enterprises and research organizations access to GPU power on a competitive, usage-based basis. This marketplace is positioned to meet rapidly growing demand for AI compute resources.
