The Board of Directors approved a strategic expansion into the AI infrastructure sector, covering GPU cloud services, AI data center solutions and enterprise AI offerings. This move positions the company to diversify beyond its core real estate and fintech operations and capture growth in enterprise AI computing demand.
2. Initial MOU for Up to $10.5 Million of GPU Services
Linkhome signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with an enterprise customer to deliver GPU computing services valued at up to $10.5 million, subject to definitive agreements and customary closing conditions. This initial agreement marks the first step in deploying its OpenLink platform for high-performance AI workloads.
3. OpenLink: Decentralized AI Infrastructure Platform
OpenLink is designed to aggregate GPU capacity from multiple infrastructure providers into a single enterprise cloud platform, offering a capital-light, scalable solution for generative AI, large language models and high-performance computing workloads. The decentralized model aims to optimize resource utilization, accelerate deployment and support recurring enterprise customer relationships.
