Linkhome swings to Q2 FY26 net loss of $128,505; net revenues rise 12.76% to $5.41 million

Linkhome posted a net loss of $128,505 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, swinging from net income of $14,418.

Net revenues rose 12.76% to $5.41 million, driven by Cash Offer revenue of $5.25 million, up 12.12%.

Gross profit climbed 44.89% to $158,719; gross margin widened 0.65 percentage points to 2.93%.

General and administrative expenses more than doubled to $338,843, led by higher legal and professional fees, rent, depreciation and amortization.

Cash Offer transactions fell to 4 from 7, while average transaction price increased to about $1.31 million from about $0.67 million.
