Lion Copper & Gold Completes DFS Consulting Team and Launches Multi-Program Drilling
Lion Copper & Gold has engaged all key engineering and technical consultants for the Definitive Feasibility Study at its Yerington Copper Project, covering mining, processing, environmental, hydrogeological and infrastructure disciplines. The company also completed an on-site kickoff workshop and commenced multiple drilling programs to de-risk permitting and advance project value.
1. Completion of DFS Consultant Engagements
The company has finalized contracts with leading engineering and technical consultants across mining, processing, environmental, hydrogeological and infrastructure disciplines to deliver the Definitive Feasibility Study for the Yerington Copper Project.
2. On-Site Kickoff and Drilling Programs
An on-site workshop was successfully held to align project objectives, and multiple drilling programs have been initiated to target key sulfide zones and gather hydrogeological data supporting feasibility and permitting efforts.
3. Project Execution and Value Unlock
With active field programs underway and a full technical team in place, Lion Copper & Gold is progressing through permitting reviews and risk mitigation stages, positioning the Yerington project for timely feasibility study completion and potential pathway to copper production.
