Lithia reports record revenue and higher EPS in Q2 FY26
Lithia posted Q2 GAAP diluted EPS of $11.54, up 17% year over year, on record revenue of $9.8 billion, up 2%.
GAAP net income rose 1.3% to $261.6 million, while adjusted diluted EPS increased 9% to $10.03.
Financing Operations income climbed 81.6% to $36.5 million, with originations of $884 million and a 17.5% penetration rate.
The company repurchased $242 million of shares in the quarter, raised the quarterly dividend 23%, setting a $0.70 per share payout.
CEO Bryan DeBoer cited record revenue, improved used-vehicle profitability, sequential SG&A improvement, and an expanding repurchase authorization by $500 million.
