LivaNova posted Q2 revenue of $390.6 million, up 10.8% from a year earlier; U.S. GAAP diluted EPS rose to $1.93.
Adjusted diluted EPS increased to $1.26; U.S. GAAP operating income slipped to $49.5 million.
Segment performance and supply agreement
Cardiopulmonary revenue climbed 11.2% to $221.6 million; Neuromodulation revenue rose 10.1% to $166.9 million.
The company signed a long-term deal with Thermo Fisher Scientific to boost supply of a critical oxygenator component as it works to lift output.
2026 outlook raised
LivaNova raised its 2026 constant-currency revenue growth guidance to 8%-9% and lifted its adjusted diluted EPS outlook to $4.30-$4.40.
