In Q4, PodcastOne generated $61 million in revenue and $6.3 million in EBITDA, reflecting a $12 million earnings improvement since acquisition and driving a higher-margin content segment.
3. Subscriber Conversion Challenges
Despite having 1.3 million registered Tesla users with average daily usage of 69 minutes, LiveOne faces slow conversion to paid subscribers and is deploying AI-driven marketing tools to increase sign-ups.
