- The license term has been extended through Feb. 24, 2028; any remaining fees due at expiry are to be paid in cash.
- Music Story sale proceeds will offset fees; sales are capped at 3.5% of the 20-day average daily volume.
- Share settlement is expected around July 29, 2026.
- LiveOne will not receive any cash proceeds from the transaction.
