Lixiang Education appoints Jing Luo, Yingyan Liang as independent directors after resignations

Lixiang Education named Jing Luo, 35, as an independent director on Aug. 14, 2026, taking over audit chair duties.
Luo leads Guangzhou Janus Business Consulting since 2022; previously worked at KPMG Huazhen in audit and financial reporting.
Yingyan Liang, 31, joined as an independent director, becoming compensation committee chair.
Liang has been a manager at Guangzhou Tuoyuan Enterprise Consulting since July 2026; previously a PwC Zhong Tian senior auditor.
Teck Yong Heng, audit chair, resigned Aug. 11; Yan Kit Lee, compensation chair, also resigned, both citing personal reasons.
