LKQ•LKQ appointed Salvatore A. Abbate president and CEO, effective Dec. 15, 2026. He succeeds Justin Jude, who is departing today; the board chairman and audit committee chair will lead an interim Office of the CEO.

LKQ appointed Salvatore A. Abbate president and CEO, effective December 15, 2026. He previously served as Veritiv’s CEO, chief operating officer and chief commercial officer.
2. Interim leadership
Abbate succeeds Justin Jude, who is departing today. Board Chairman John Mendel and Audit Committee Chair Sue Gove will lead an interim Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
