LKQ releases transcript of second-quarter 2026 earnings call

Q2 revenue was about $3.4 billion. Diluted EPS was $0.52, while adjusted diluted EPS was $0.67 compared with $0.84 a year earlier.
Europe EBITDA was $109 million, with a 7.5% margin. The ERP disruption cut EBITDA by about $50 million, and softer UK/Benelux volumes reduced EBITDA by about $30 million.
Full-year 2026 guidance
For 2026, LKQ guided for organic parts and services revenue of -1% to -3%. The company also guided for adjusted diluted EPS of $2.6 to $2.9 and free cash flow of $625 million to $775 million.
