Lloyds Bank, a subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group plc, reported H1 2026 profit before tax of £3.56 billion, up from £2.76 billion.
- Profit after tax rose to £2.65 billion from £1.94 billion.
- Profit attributable to ordinary shareholders increased to £2.44 billion from £1.71 billion.
- Total income climbed to £9.85 billion from £8.84 billion.
- Net interest income rose to £7.13 billion from £6.55 billion.
- Impairment charge increased to £612 million from £442 million.
- Operating expenses were broadly flat at £5.68 billion.
- CET1 ratio held at 13.6%.
- Total assets rose to £656.38 billion from £631.34 billion at Dec. 31, 2025.
