Loar posted Q2 2026 net sales of $171.6 million, up 39.4% from a year earlier; diluted EPS rose to $0.18.
Net income was flat at $16.7 million, while net income margin narrowed 3.8 percentage points to 9.8%.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA climbed 47.4% to $69.4 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 2.2 percentage points to 40.5%.
Pipeline and outlook
CEO Dirkson Charles cited about $750 million in pipeline, with initial orders supporting about $200 million of revenue visibility over five years.
Loar raised its 2026 outlook: net sales of $665 million-$675 million, net income of $56 million-$60 million, and non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $265 million-$270 million.
