Fiscal year 2025 revenues rose 9.6% to $23.2 million, driven by double-digit growth in e-bicycles (23.6%) and three-wheeled electric vehicles (42.2%), while gross profit increased 26.0% to $3.1 million with a 13.14% margin. Net loss widened to $5.5 million ($0.52 per share) compared to $0.8 million in fiscal 2024.

2. R&D Investment and Strategic Focus

The company invested $3.74 million in research and development, up 100% year over year, representing 16.11% of 2025 revenue. This substantial increase supports LOBO’s Four-New strategy—new markets, products, materials and designs—to strengthen product performance, user experience and build an intelligent mobility technical moat.

3. Global Dealer Network Expansion

LOBO expanded its international sales network to 150 dealers across approximately 60 countries, up from 50 dealers in fiscal 2024. This milestone underscores the effectiveness of its global expansion strategy and positions the company to capture emerging opportunities in new segments and regions.
